If a company on this registry did not answer you, tell us and we will call it ourselves.
One report triggers one call. We do not act on repeat reports about the same company within ninety days, and we do not pay anybody for reporting.
If the company is not on the registry, there is nothing for us to check. We only test companies we have listed or been asked to test.
We will not tell them who told us and we will not publish the result unless they pass.
